Your information is securely stored by Emily Hellewell.
As data controller she is responsible for collecting, processing, storing and safe-keeping personal and other information as part of providing a service and carrying out our regular business activities.
Data is managed to ensure that it is erased from our electronic system (paper copies of class registers will also be destroyed) when it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected (e.g., child is older than the upper age range for our classes).
Any health data collected from you has special protection and is limited to that permissible by law.
